Terms of Service

PICK IT is an entertainment platform. Every topic becomes a battle between two sides. You make one free Pick, and you may support your side with POWER, a virtual item.

Nothing on the platform is a prediction market, a wager, or an investment. No outcome pays money.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. If you are under 18 you may only purchase POWER with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.

One person, one account. Creating additional accounts to vote more than once breaches these terms and may result in removal.

Your Pick is free and can never be bought. Each person gets one Pick per battle, and the People's Pick reflects only those free votes.

POWER is a virtual item that shows how strongly a side is being supported. POWER never changes, weights, or overrides a Pick.

POWER has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred to another person, or sold. It exists only inside PICK IT and only for entertainment.

We may adjust POWER balances to correct errors, reverse fraudulent purchases, or comply with a chargeback. Where we do, it is recorded and visible in your wallet history.

POWER packages are one-off purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency listed. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy at pickit.lol/legal/refunds.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform for as long as it is posted.

Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates someone else. Our Community Guidelines set this out in detail.

We may remove content or restrict an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, we tell the account holder the reason.

When a battle ends, its result is calculated from the recorded votes and POWER and written permanently. We do not retroactively edit a finished battle's result.

If a battle is cancelled before it ends, no result is recorded. POWER already deployed into a cancelled battle is not returned, because it was spent on participation, not on an outcome.

We aim to keep the platform running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

If we discontinue the platform entirely, we will give reasonable notice and will not sell new POWER after that announcement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect.
