Privacy Policy

Account data: your e-mail, username, display name, and anything you choose to add to your profile.

Activity data: the battles you take part in, the Picks you make, the POWER you deploy, comments you post, and achievements you unlock.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device characteristics, and approximate country. We use these to keep the vote honest and the service secure.

Payment data: we record that a payment happened, its amount and status. Card details go directly to our payment provider and never reach our servers.

To make one-person-one-vote meaningful we look at network and device signals. We store these as keyed one-way hashes, not readable values — we can compare two visits, but we cannot read your IP address back out of our database.

Guests who vote without an account are given an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie. It identifies a browser, nothing more, and is not linked to any personal data.

Creators and sponsors receive aggregate statistics only. They never receive individual member data, and small groups are suppressed so an individual cannot be identified from a breakdown.

We do not sell personal data.

Your username, display name, avatar, achievements, Crowns and Hall of Fame entries are public by default. You can make your profile and stats private in settings.

Aggregate vote and POWER totals are public. Which side an individual picked is not published.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of this is available directly in settings; for anything else, contact us.

Deleting your account anonymises your profile. Votes you already cast stay counted anonymously, and completed battle results are never rewritten — that is what makes historical results trustworthy.

If you are in the EEA or UK you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Technical and security data is kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.
